Hello friends, family and supporters! 

As a Board of Trustees member with the Foundation I'm participating in a Different Stage of Mind to help create hope and awareness of mental health illness in Nova Scotia!

Committing to raise $2,500 for the cause and being part of the Women for Mental Health Chorus performing at the World Trade and Convention Centre on February 19th, 2016, at 7:30 pm. 

Your support will allow the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scoita continue to support Nova Scotians living with mental illness and their families; give a little, give a lot or buy a ticket to watch the show!
